Andrew Sparke

Executive Chairman

Mr Sparke has over 15 years’ experience that includes IPO’s, private placements, secondary market transactions and listed company compliance. Mr Sparke has served as director of a number of ASX listed resources companies including Alt Resources Ltd (ASX:ARS) and Torian Resources Ltd (ASX:TNR). Mr Sparke is the founder of Olive Capital, an Australian boutique investment house that has advised numerous ASX listed companies on capital raising and corporate transactions.

Elissa Hansen

Independent

Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary 

Ms Hansen is a chartered secretary with over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has worked with boards and management on a range of ASX listed companies including assisting a number of organisations through the IPO process. Elissa is experienced in the specific requirements of companies in industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology.

Peter Caristo

Independent

Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary 

Peter is an experienced exploration geologist, with over 24 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has held senior positions in Newcrest Mining Ltd (ASX:NCM), OceanaGold Ltd (ASX:OGC) and Mining Associates. His expertise covers project generation, drill targeting, geological mapping, exploration project management, technical due diligence, and data management, specialising in gold. Peter is the current Chair of the Queensland Branch of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

James Anderson

General Manager – Operations

Mr Anderson is from corporate operational, logistics, supply chain management and moved into the minerals exploration industry in 2011. He was a founder of Alt Resources Ltd (ASX:ARS), which was the subject of a takeover by a large private equity firm. Mr Anderson was formerly the CEO at SMP International and Australia, Managing Director of Aloha and General Manager of Sunseeker International. Mr Anderson is a significant shareholder in the Company.

Glenn Whalan

Exploration Geologist

Senior geologist with 25 years experience working in Australia, Asia and other continents across a number of commodities types and styles. Glenn has worked for several ASX and TSX listed companies and as a geological consultant including CSA Global. Throughout his career, Glenn has had extensive experience working on Volcanic-Hosted gold and base metals deposit styles. Glenn is formally qualified with a BSc. (Hons), Geology from Macquarie University. Glenn is also a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

Suzanne Gabriele

Business Administrator

Providing administrative business operational support to the entire team of QMines. Suzanne has extensive experience within the sector, including the successful operations of Alt Resources Limited, along with management in Accounting, HR and Travel industries. Suzanne strives to create a seamless and efficient support structure to executive management, personnel, suppliers and shareholders . Away from the desk, she enjoys an exciting, outdoor lifestyle in the NSW Snowy Mountains.

Jason Judd

Senior Exploration Manager

Jason Judd is a highly accomplished Mineral Resource and Exploration Drilling Professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades, holding senior roles globally. Throughout his extensive tenure in the industry, he has earned a wealth of vocational qualifications that reinforce his practical expertise, elevating him as a subject-matter expert in the field of drilling.

Jason’s proficiencies are broad and multifaceted, covering a wide spectrum of drilling techniques complimented by his in-depth mechanical knowledge and dedication to health and safety.

Jason has a strong interest in the men’s mental health and wellness scene ensuring a positive and safe work environment.

Benjamin Bell

Exploration Driller

Ben is an experienced exploration driller with 10 years in the mineral exploration industry and another 3 in the oil and gas sector along with 3 years supervisory roles in the haulage sector. His expertise covers diamond drilling, well control, remote job/camp management. Ben has a strong focus on health and safety ensuring every worker goes home as they came to work.
 
Ben is currently undertaking training in RC drilling to compliment his skillsets and assist the QMines team complete drilling programs.

Luke Roberts

Exploration Driller

Luke is an experienced drillers Offsider with 5 years experience in the mineral exploration scene. Luke has also spent 5 years in the construction industry as a brick layer and previous to that he was a professional footballer in the NRL and a state representative for QLD.
 
Luke brings with him a disciplined approach to health and fitness building good morale and comradery within the crew ensuring smooth daily running of the drilling and equipment.
