Chairman & Managing Director
Andrew is the founder of QMines Limited and has over 20 years’ experience in capital markets, corporate advisory, and executive leadership across the Australian resources sector. He has led multiple IPOs, capital raisings, and M&A transactions, with deep expertise in ASX compliance and public company governance.
Andrew has served on the boards of several ASX-listed resource companies and is also the founder of Olive Capital, a boutique investment and advisory firm focused on emerging growth companies. At QMines, Andrew brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a long-term vision to build one of Queensland’s next major copper and gold producers.
Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary
Elissa is a chartered secretary with over 20 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has worked with boards and management on a range of ASX listed companies including assisting a number of organisations through the IPO process. Elissa is experienced in the specific requirements of companies in industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology.
Non-Executive Director
Peter is an experienced exploration geologist, with over 24 years’ experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has held senior positions in Newcrest Mining Ltd (ASX:NCM), OceanaGold Ltd (ASX:OGC) and Mining Associates. His expertise covers project generation, drill targeting, geological mapping, exploration project management, technical due diligence, and data management, specialising in gold. Peter is the current Chair of the Queensland Branch of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Development Manager
Richard has more than 25 years of international experience progressing mining projects from early technical studies through to development and production. He has led over 40 major technical studies, supporting investment decisions on more than US$1.8 billion in capital projects across a range of commodities and jurisdictions.
Richard’s expertise includes study governance, technical assurance, capital estimation and optimisation, and execution readiness. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Project Management (FAIPM) and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM).
Exploration Manager
Tom is an exploration geologist with more than 15 years’ experience across gold and VHMS projects in Australia. His background spans exploration strategy, target generation, and the execution of drilling programs from early-stage exploration through to project advancement.
Tom has led large-scale exploration programs and site teams and also serves as Site Senior Executive, with responsibility for safety systems, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Business Administrator
Providing administrative business operational support to the entire team of QMines. Suzanne has extensive experience within the sector, including the successful operations of Alt Resources Limited, along with management in Accounting, HR and Travel industries. Suzanne strives to create a seamless and efficient support structure to executive management, personnel, suppliers and shareholders . Away from the desk, she enjoys an exciting, outdoor lifestyle in the NSW Snowy Mountains.
